My name is Darren McDowell and I am a photographer living in Sydney Australia. Areas of interest include Landscape, Nature, Architecture and Design
My philosophy is to keep it real whilst drawing out the best that the scene has to offer.
A little more about me:
We are all on a journey and my dream is to continue learning and being a person who supports, inspires, encourages and enthuses as many people as possible in their journey.
Personally, I strive to be a person of joy and hope, life and love who is of service to others in helping them live life to their full potential and inspires people to live a life of deep connectedness with one another, with creation and with their own spiritual path (yes, we all have one ☺).
My Three Passions
-TRAVEL expands the horizon of our thinking, breaking down the barriers that often exist between so many people on this planet. Travel is an important element of my life, whether in Australia or around the World. I’ve seen so much already in Europe, Australia and New Zealand with a burning desire to see so much more.
-Connected with travel is PHOTOGRAPHY. One of my passionate endeavours, I am particularly interested in Landscape, Architecture and Nature photography. It is a window into our connectedness, our spirit and desires for the world.
-I believe we all have a SPIRITUALITY – a way of connecting with God or the Transcendent. This is what drives us to get up in the morning, strive to fulfill our hopes, dreams, values and aspirations and head out into the world to make them happen. Some elements of my spirituality include care for creation and the environment, social justice and equality, respect and connectedness.
MY GOAL is to help as many people as possible achieve THEIR GOALS in life. Life is a journey, one most fruitfully done with others.
